Choose the customer Login here link first, then your WCPS Google account. Submit a useful ticket and keep its confirmation.
Freshdesk Work Orders
Before submitting a work order
- On the Freshdesk sign-in screen, choose Login here beside Are you a customer? first. Then select your current WCPS Google account from the Google account chooser.
- Staff should submit their own work orders so Technology Services can communicate directly with the person experiencing the issue.
- If the request involves an expense, obtain approval from your principal or supervisor.
