Freshdesk Work Orders
Before submitting a work order
- Open Freshdesk while signed in to your Wolf Creek Google account, then choose Sign in with Google.
- Staff should submit their own work orders so Technology Services can communicate directly with the person experiencing the issue.
- If the request involves an expense, obtain approval from your principal or supervisor.
